How much does it cost to rent a photo booth in Lexington, KY?
Our photo booth is $549 + tax for up to 4 hours, including unlimited prints, lighting and a custom strip graphic. Additional hours are $50 each.
How much does it cost to rent a 360 video booth?
The 360 video booth is $699 + tax for up to 4 hours, including an attendant, props, lighting and a custom overlay on every video. Additional hours are $75 each.
How is time past 4 hours billed?
By the start of each new hour. If your event runs 4 hours and 20 minutes, you're billed for 5 hours. The estimator shows your exact total.
Is sales tax included?
No. Prices are before Kentucky sales tax.
How do I reserve my date?
A 30% deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due before your event.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is free within 25 miles of our Lexington home base. Beyond that it's $0.50 per mile for the round-trip miles past the first 25 miles each way. A venue 40 miles away is 80 round-trip miles, minus 50 free, so 30 × $0.50 = $15. Estimate yours.
What's included with every booth?
An on-site attendant, props, professional lighting, a custom graphic designed for your event, digital copies for guests, an online gallery for you, and delivery, setup and teardown. The photo booth also includes unlimited prints.
Is there an attendant at the booth?
Yes. An attendant stays with the booth for your entire rental to help guests and keep things running smoothly.
Are props included?
Yes, a full set of props comes with every booth.
Do guests get digital copies? Is there an online gallery?
Both. Guests can get digital copies of their photos and videos, and you receive an online gallery with everything from your event.
Are photo booth prints really unlimited?
Yes. There's no cap on prints during your rental. Each print is a classic 2×6 strip with three photos and your custom design at the bottom.
What can go on the custom graphic?
Names, dates, logos, hashtags, monograms, school colors or a theme. On the photo booth it prints at the bottom of every strip; on the 360 booth it's an overlay on every video. We send a proof before your event.
How much space and power do you need?
Plan for about 8 × 8 ft for the photo booth and about 10 × 10 ft for the 360 booth, on a level surface near a standard outlet. Outdoor setups need cover from sun and rain.
How early do you arrive to set up?
We arrive well before your start time so the booth is ready when guests walk in. Setup time doesn't count toward your rental hours.
What areas do you serve?
Lexington and Fayette County, plus Lexington, Nicholasville, Georgetown, Versailles, Winchester, Richmond, Paris, Frankfort, Midway, Wilmore, Berea and Danville, and venues throughout Central Kentucky. Travel is free within 25 miles.
How far in advance should I book?
For spring and fall Saturdays, 3–6 months ahead is ideal. For corporate holiday parties, reach out by early fall. We'll always check shorter-notice dates.
Can I book the photo booth and the 360 booth together?
Yes, and you save $150. Both booths together are $1,098 + tax for up to 4 hours.
